Olin Marcus Johanssen is a husband, father, and artist living and working in San Francisco. Originally from the woods of Ohio where he grew up with a paint brush in his hand and his tongue pressed firmly to his upper lip in deep concentration. The greatest joys of his life are his family, being outside, and long walks, preferably all at the same time. His Odyssean journey provided him with many great teachers and encompassed the temptation of exciting careers before, at the sage advice of his wife, he finally ended up back where it all began, where he has always belonged, in front of the canvas, brush in hand.
