Chris McCreary considers himself extremely lucky to have been a part of the San Francisco art scene for twenty years. Born in Baltimore, Chris moved to San Francisco in 2005 and quickly fell in with the vibrant Tenderloin art scene: omnipresent for years, camera on hip, documenting as much art as possible, and always with a helping hand to paint gallery walls or hang some art. It is his honor for  him to consider so many talented artists among his best of friends. A decorated English major with a concentration in African-American Literature from the University of Maryland, Chris has served as EIC of small newspapers, Editor of large magazines, freelanced as a ghostwriter, and has contributed to websites such as HiFructose.com and any number of now-defunct art publications.
