Bob Dunlap was born and raised in Rochester, NY.  Soon after graduating from Colgate University ('82), where he captained the wrestling team, he came west,  arriving in San Francisco in 1983.  After tending bar at some iconic watering holes, he went to law school at UC Davis ('88) and began a career in criminal defense.  An attorney for the San Francisco Office of the  Public Defender's Juvenile Unit, Bob represents a myriad of youth at their lowest ebb.  Married to an artist and the proud father of three and grandfather of two, Bob enjoys sports, reading, travel, poetry, and art.
